Any information that you provide us when you sign up for our newsletter is maintained on MailChimp’s site and not in any personal databases.

Shipping and Return Policies

Default shipping for all orders is commercial ground shipping. Any orders that require different handling instructions are taken on a case-by-case basis. Products sent via basic shipping will not be replaced if damaged.

Items Damaged in Shipping

If an order with damaged products was sent via commercial ground shipping, please email us the details of your order, and we will facilitate the shipment of a replacement. Items sent via basic shipping will not be replaced.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please email us your order details and describe the situation. If you wish to keep the item, we will determine a resolution. If you wish to replace the item, we will facilitate the shipment of such a replacement.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Delayed Order

If your order has been delayed, please see the below:

  • If you are in the United States and it has been more than two weeks since you ordered your product, please email us your order number and the details of your order, and we will attempt to determine more details concerning the status of the shipment.
  • If you are in Canada and it has been more than three weeks since you ordered your product, please email us your order number and the details of your order, and we will attempt to determine more details concerning the status of the shipment.
